2 Ceramic vases by Leon Goossens. Eeklo 1960's-70's

2 Large vases produced by Leon Goossens from Eeklo.Late 60's or early 70's. Belgium. I believe that this particular model belongs to the best of Goossens' designs !
Before starting his own ceramic workshop in 1964,Leon Goossens worked a while for Perignem in the mid 50's. He also introduced Octave Landuyt to Laurent Vandeweghe. It was the start of a long term collaboration between Landuyt and Perignem.
The largest vase (40 cm) in a deep orange, and the smaller one (35 cm) in Selenium Red.
The insides of the vases have the 'typical Goossens' brown & blue glaze.
Both in mint condition,no chips,no cracks. They come from a 'new old stock'.
