Rare Dutch swiveling wall light with counter weight at the end.Designed by JJM Hoogervorst for Anvia in the mid 50's.There is also a ceiling balance version of this lamp.
All white enameled metal parts and nickel adjusting system. Has some laquer damage, usual for lamps of this age....
