Fantastic dark chocolate leather lounge chair by Sonja Wasseur.Sonja Wasseur is a Dutch designer from the 70's.There is not much information about her work, but we believe that she deserves more attention.Much more...
These chairs were made in a small atelier near Schiphol and there are only a few left on the market.

Amphora & Perignem vases
New in our collection of 50's ceramics:
Very large vase recently authenticated and signed "Amphora" (with engraving) by Mr. Rogier Vandeweghe. Executed and decorated by himself in 1958 and exposed at gallery "Die Swaene" in Brugge around 1960.This is one from a pair. The second one is part of a private collection in Beernem.....Typical chamotte clay and glazes.White on the inside...
The medium sized vase is by Elisabeth Vandeweghe for Perignem.Very subtle matte & shiny glazes, and we love the "cuts" in the surface...
All in excellent condition.
